Heron Bay's Dessert Wine Series allow winemakers to produce excellent quality sherry, port and ice wine style beverages. They make wonderful aperitifs or the perfect accompaniment to delicious desserts. Each kit yields 11.5 litres (3 US gallons) of finished wine (30, 375 ml wine bottles).
